The Armenian Ministry of Environmental Protection’s recent decision to give the go-ahead to the development of a copper-molybdenum mine in northern Armenia has sparked considerable concern among environmentalists and related non-governmental organizations.

It is common knowledge that the advent of computers has played a major role in different scientific discoveries, particularly in Astronomy. Computers give not only power to astronomy, but also, significantly, make all intricate and complicated calculations feasible.
