ARMENIA LEADS WORLD CHESS OLYMPIAD
In the eighth round of World Chess 38th Olympiad Armenian teams of men and women have had perfect victories over their rivals.
In the eighth round Armenian men team met with French team and Armenians defeated their rival by 3.5-0.5 points. Currently our chess players have 15 points and lead the Olympiad. Israel has 14 points, Russia – 13.
Armenian women team has defeated Azeri team by 4-0 points. Our chess players have 12 points and occupy 7th horizontal.
